Apostolic Protocol & Access Standards

English

🛡️ Official Protocol of Apostolic Access & Leadership Conduct

Issued under the authority of the Global Apostolic Council of Dove Gospel
“Order protects the flame. This document governs access, alignment, and apostolic discretion.”

This protocol governs apostolic access, spiritual alignment, leadership boundaries, and communication ethics within Dove Gospel’s global ecosystem. It is designed to:

  • Preserve spiritual order.
  • Protect leadership bandwidth.
  • Empower regional governance.
  • Ensure Christlike conduct across all ministry interactions.
  • Provide discretion to Global Leaders while reinforcing protective structures.

1. Purpose & Principles

Dove Gospel operates a tiered and accountable ecclesiastical structure. This protocol ensures that spiritual engagement with senior leadership flows through biblical alignment, not entitlement.

Core Principles:

  • Honor & Alignment > Access
  • Submission > Self-promotion
  • Stewardship of Time > Emotional Pressure

“Let all things be done decently and in order.” – 1 Corinthians 14:40

2. Chain of Spiritual Oversight

Access to Global Leaders must follow the structure outlined below:

1. Local Ministry Leaders → 2. National Coordinators / Regional Bishops → 3. Regional Leaders → 4. Global Council / Ecumenical Patriarch

Direct access is not permitted unless:

  • Signed off by your Regional Leader.
  • In response to a written invitation.
  • A crisis, breach, or high-level review is underway.
  • At the personal discretion of the Ecumenical Patriarch or Global Leader involved.

3. Communication Boundaries

  • Do not message senior leaders directly without sign-off.
  • Messaging at inappropriate hours (e.g. 11pm–7am local) is forbidden unless crisis warranted.
  • Repeat messaging after silence = boundary violation.

🚫 Examples of Violation:

  • “Why did you unfriend me?”
  • “I already told my leader. Now I want your input.”
  • Sending repeated messages without reply.

✅ Examples of Honor:

  • “I’ve submitted this to my Regional Bishop and will wait.”
  • “I’d be grateful to speak if permitted by my leader.”

4. Approval & Access

To be approved for direct communication, ministry collaboration, or platform inclusion:

  • You must be actively discipled within Dove Gospel.
  • Your Regional Leader must submit a formal sign-off.
  • You may not claim access based on past relationships, social media history, or prior engagement.

Global Leaders retain discretion to engage if:

  • There is a pastoral or protective concern.
  • A unique ministry assignment warrants direct communication.
  • Alignment can be clarified and redirected for healing or clarity.

All routine requests for engagement must go through:
📧 care@dg.church or through DG: Reach access tickets.

5. Breach & Disciplinary Protocol

If protocol is violated:

  1. First Breach → Soft correction and redirect.
  2. Second Breach → Blocked from contact and reported to your Regional Leader.
  3. Third Breach → Suspension from leadership pipeline or expulsion from alignment.

Leaders who attempt to emotionally manipulate, bypass oversight, or falsely claim authority will be subject to review by the Regional Disciplinary Council.

Global Leaders may exercise discretion to pursue a redemptive route rather than disciplinary escalation if:

  • The individual is misaligned but not malicious.
  • A spiritual recovery pathway is agreed upon by their Regional Leader.

“Rebuke a wise man and he will love you. Correct a fool and he will hate you.” – Proverbs 9:8

6. Spiritual Ethics & Social Conduct

  • Name-dropping senior leaders for influence is strictly forbidden.
  • Messaging leaders on multiple platforms to trigger a reply is prohibited.
  • Emotional coercion (“My parents are dying so please approve me”) is never valid without formal sign-off.
  • Public or private misrepresentation of alignment (e.g. “I’m already part of Dove”) is grounds for removal.

7. DG: Reach Integration

All leadership interactions are recorded within DG: Reach:

  • Leader status
  • Discipleship stage
  • Protocol violations
  • Communications history

Use the system to:

  • Submit meeting or collaboration requests.
  • View approved contacts.
  • Log progress in leadership development.

8. Use Cases & Scenarios

🔸 Scenario: A person repeatedly messages senior leadership despite being told to wait for sign-off.

Response: Blocked. Notification sent to Regional Leader. Removed from leadership pathway unless discretion is exercised for redirection.

🔸 Scenario: A leader requests collaboration via WhatsApp.

Response: Link them to care@dg.church and request DG: Reach ticket.

🔸 Scenario: A genuine emergency bypasses protocol.

Response: Allowed, but documented. Follow-up with Regional Leader required.

🔸 Scenario: A leader is out of alignment but sincerely reaching out in crisis.

Response: Escalate to Global Leader discretion. Possible redirect to regional oversight with pastoral follow-up.
